Here at BASAO, our aim is to provide our customers with authentic, high quality teas and teawares delivered with impeccable service.

If you encounter a problem or are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at or call us on +852 3752 3800 between 9:00am – 6:00pm (UTC+8) Monday – Friday, with details of the transaction and the problem you’ve encountered. In most cases we will ask that you return the goods to us in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. If the goods are incorrect, incomplete or damaged, we will provide an exchange or a full refund of the item’s cost, excluding delivery costs.
