Taiwanese alpine methods are used to craft this complex tea, which balances the flavors of wild ginger flower, bean and ripe fruits. The result is a sweet and intensely aromatic tea. Its unfolded bouquet note lingers unusually long in the mouth.

Teapot: For one teabag use 200ml water at 100°C, brew for 4 mins.
