Honey & Orchid Wudong Dancong
Phoenix Mountain, China . Oolong Tea


Named for the “Honey and Orchid” cultivar  from which it is made, this brightly fragrant oolong is grown amongst the ever present mist and fog, in rich volcanic soil at the peak of Wudong Mountain in south-eastern China. True to its name it boasts sweet and floral aromas unique to the Phoenix Mountain appellation.

For 450ml water at 100°C use 5g of tea leaves, brew for 4 mins.
